Dan designed, implemented, and envisioned the network and system process workflow for the first FDA Approved DNA based sequencing system as Chief Information Officer of Bayer Visible Genetics. His pharmacogenomic systems supported drug discovery and research activities in the areas of HIV, HCV, HBV, and multiple areas of cancer. Dan has designed and program managed the implementation of system infrastructures for over 5,000 locations worldwide including mobile technology, fleet management, and web based linen management that can be found in over 200 hospitals across the US.

Sallie Wright has been a senior technology executive for almost 40 years. Her tech career has included seven different industries including government and higher education. Besides serving as Fulton County’s CIO until August 2018, she previously functioned as Assistant Vice President and Deputy Chief Information Officer for Georgia State University and held executive roles at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, the University of North Carolina and within the private sector. She has 25+ years of IT management experience in diverse industries including higher education, manufacturing, consumer products, mining, petroleum, and retailing. She is an adjunct professor in computer science and holds a MA from Webster University and a BS from Northeastern University.

Colonel Gelhardt's mission was to provide safe and secure instantaneous communications and 5 minute hard copy, anytime, anywhere in the world to the Commander-in-Chief. If the Information Technology and Communications at the White House failed millions of people would be affected and people could have died. This was a zero tolerant environment where you could not fail. Since Mark’s retirement from the Army he has been a successful CIO, CTO, CSO, and CISO in several global companies. Omer Awan leads Navicent Health's efforts to leverage information and technology to support and advance the organization as Chief Information & Digital Officer, with over 22 years of IT leadership experience in the healthcare industry. Omer also serves as the Board Chair for GRAChIE (Georgia Regional Academic & Community Health Information Exchange). Omer joined Navicent in October 2016 from Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems where he held the position of Vice President and Senior Regional CIO. Prior to this, Omer served as the Associate Vice President, Information Systems at Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, Texas and before that, held multiple leadership positions within Cerner Corporation in Kansas City. During his brief tenure with Navicent Health, Omer has led the health system to its first ever, national recognition as an American Hospital Association “Most Wired” health system in 2017 and 2018 . Omer received the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) 2018 Transformational Leadership Award and was a finalist in the Georgia CIO Leadership Association’s 2018 Georgia CIO ORBIE Awards. In 2014, Omer was honored by CIO Magazine and presented the 2014 CIO Ones to Watch award by the ClO Executive Council.
